Alternative observation
Large populations living in downtown areas can bring day long economic benefits to local businesses.

Driving
Employees should not be forced to work in an office when their job can be done remotely. It is bad for the environment to have that many cars on the road.

Small business concern
Large groups of people physically working in the same space can help the downtown economy by providing lunchtime traffic, etc

Observation
RTO is very job-dependent. Some work requires in-person presence; other work does not. Many companies and employees want black/white policies, but reality does not work that way.

Observation
Companies that trust their employees to work remotely will do better than those that don't.
