Honestly if their hours of productivity fall below 35hr/wk they should lose all their benefits, take a pay cut and only be allowed to do things as a part time government employee like everyone else on this god forsaken rock

We should do what other countries do, and get a new congress if they can't elect a speaker.

I think they should be paid less in general lol. But I think this makes sense as an incentive.
