What is something you think a majority of people are wrong about?

The Tyranny of the Majority View finds minority voices in our responses and displays them as clusters. Size of each point relative to the number of votes. Colors based on agreement rate and number of pass votes.
Most people think that unique experiences (plurality, delusions, hallucinations) are purely pathological, but I find it empowering to see myself as an inheritor of a long history of Mad artists, rather than a victim of my defective brain. I suppose that is different from how most people see it!
I think most people (and science in general) are wrong about the effects of being overweight. Our bodies are clearly trying very hard to stay a certain size, maybe they know better than we do.
What should the Daily Discussion look like? How do you, the users, want it to work? Our goal is that this is the discussion is a place where people gets to respond in detail to a single comment.
I think people misrepresent ASPD people in the media as either smooth criminal masterminds or serial killers out of control. They are mostly just guys.
I think most people are wrong about programing, its actually a lot easier than most people think. Modern computing as become a lot more complex but everything has tutorials and explanations. Java is still old school but HTML5 has evolved a lot.
