We should harvest all the kudzu from the south. The vine has taken over enormous chunks of land because of how rapidly and aggressively it spreads. By cleaning it up, we not only help restore the natural ecosystem of the area, but also sequester enormous volumes of plant matter.

I beleive that there many alternatives that provide more human and ecological benefit than burying organic material. Instead, carbon captured in organic material can be left as-is in a funtioning ecosystem, or used for building material.
