Proposed Amendment
Every supreme court opinion with a dissenting minority opinion should automatically be placed on a national ballot for voter approval.
Democracy as guardrail
All ongoing laws passed by congress should be placed on an annual national ballot for voter approval. This is necessary to keep our elected representatives truly representing us.
